Matthew Perry -- one of the stars of 'Friends' -- has died ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us the actor was found Saturday at an L.A.-area home ... where we're told he appears to have drowned. Our sources say first-responders rushed over on a call for cardiac arrest. It's unclear where exactly on the grounds this happened.

Our sources say he was found in a jacuzzi at the home ... and we're told there were no drugs found at the scene. We're also told there is no foul play involved.

First of the six Friends to die. It's a very sudden and premature loss. I hope his friends and family and film/TV peers well, because I'm sure they're feeling forlorn and sorrowful right now.

Lol, the Covid vaccine grew big old arms out of his back and held his head under water??!!

10 people die from drowning daily.
66% can swim

After drug addiction & other health problems, etc:

That's what I am thinking..either that or he knew some secret that someone didn't want to get out.

.
.
Why do morons worship entertainers? This guy knew nothing at all about what he exhorted others to do and which killed him. Here are others doing the same . . . a running tally of those who became sick and/or died suddenly, including the rich and vapid:

Here, have a little balm for the brain:

He did a shit ton of drugs, and had a heart problem. I read his memoir. He probably had a heart attack, slid down and drowned. It’s so damn tragic. He just wanted to be loved and have a good life. And he didn’t.

Trust the Hollywood science. This Perry character knew absolutely nothing about the injections he pushed. What, did he play a doctor on TV?

Same old, same old from our covert member, anti-semitic recruiter, insisting that the "globalists" (Jews) are trying to kill us with the vax.

Go to the link and see all the imagery trying to link Jews with the virus and the vaccine.

You can roll eyes at me all you want, it changes nothing. I'm not the one trying deceive you.

The mission to recruit you to anti-semitism here at DD, covertly, has been going on for months.
Dude up there ^^^^^ isn't the only one, either.

What a delusional paranoiac. Dr. Naomi Wolf is also recruiting for nazis, apparently:

It is a premeditated gigadeath murder scheme for massive profit:

After mRNA injection, 100% of lab animals died upon reinfection (because of vax-induced AIDS, aka "VAIDS"), which is what is causing every sort of immune response in humans, too, such as turbo cancers, etc.:

It's not an anti-Jew agenda, you blithering mental patient.

Respectfully, this is not the right thread to debate the COVID vaccines. Whether or not Perry died from such apparent complications is, at present, beside the point. People are in mourning, and for uninvolved parties to use his death as their own springboard to air unrelated political statements is improper.

His mourners should curse the vax. Its discussion it utterly germane to the thread. It's not a political agenda. It's a matter of survival in the midst of the greatest crime ever perpetrated, by many orders of magnitude.

I am not your target audience my bro.

Okay, so he promoted the vax when he was alive. So what?

Have your opinions on that all you want, but you're exploiting Perry's death as an excuse to self-servingly tell everyone "I told you so". You're not a medical professional (as far as I'm concerned), you're not a person intimately involved with his life, and you likely weren't an emergency responder or other relevant personnel attendant to the scene of his death. You're simply someone posting stuff online and that's it. Pumping that degree of conspiratorial speculation about his death when his body isn't even cold yet, and when you are an unfamiliar entity to the circumstance of his death, is disgusting.

Another person on this thread is also gullible enough to engage with your ideas, even if it is ostensibly to refute them. Why does this thread feature a disgusting anti-Semitic caricature when such a thing is completely unrelated? But the context though! The context is that it is irrelevant to the point of this thread, and adds to its ugliness and dysfunction and gratuitous mudslinging. Why is Matthew Perry's death being used to preach about anti-Semitism? He wasn't a Jew, and he was not killed during a hate crime and/or terrorist act, so posting an anti-Semitic cartoon, even for alleged educational reasons, is a ridiculous and unreasonable use of this thread.

On top of that, I don't think there is a single person participating in this now-hijacked thread, and very few who are reading it, who have not heard these anti-vax talking points. You've even posted these exact videos elsewhere on DD. Maybe you'd respond to other celebrity deaths in this exact fashion and smother your own confirmation biases onto them.

So, be anti-vax or don't be. I don't care at all. But being an ideological opportunist who exploits the deaths of famous people, and making Perry's death so much about yourself is reprehensible. And you have the nerve to tell his mourners how they should act and what their own right response should be. Unbelievable. What difference in the world are you expecting to make by posting such things to an audience of a few hundred people at most? Would you ever think of saying these things to the faces Perry's family members?

I'm not that much of a fan of the Friends TV show, but at least I want to recognize that Perry was a human being with struggles and shortcomings, even if I cannot necessarily relate to them. Matthew Perry was a human being, not something whose existence can be boiled down to a root for your own talking points. I've heard of something called Having Empathy; you should check it out sometime, and that's all I have to say on this matter.

His fans are sad he died, and I'm trying to save them from a similar fate . . . one he advocated his fans follow him into. The vax is the greatest crime ever perpetrated, and all of the information attesting to it is readily available online. Perry committed suicide via vax in his ignorance, sold t-shirts exhorting his fans to do the same.

I won't stop people from expressing their opinions on any topic, but to use Matthew Perry? lol! This guy was a drug-addled mess and lucky he lived as long as he did. In fact, I'd say the way he went out was probably the best option the guy had considering his history and health issues. The only thing that could have made it better if he was having his dick sucked at the time of his death.

Regardless, it is hilarious that anti-vaxxers would use this guy as proof that a Covid vaccination kills people. Pick someone, I don't know, who wasn't a pill-popping alcoholic who has almost died three times over in the last 10 years? This just makes you look delusional and is not getting people to your side if that is your goal. Whatever... RIP and all that... Friends sucked aside from one scene that made me laugh out loud regarding headless clowns.

“People accept the facts which come to them through existing channels. They like to hear new things in accustomed ways. They have neither the time nor the inclination to search for facts that are not readily available to them.”
― Edward L. Bernays, Crystallizing Public Opinion
.
“No serious sociologist any longer believes that the voice of the people expresses any divine or specially wise and lofty idea. The voice of the people expresses the mind of the people, and that mind is made up for it by the group leaders in whom it believes and by those persons who understand the manipulation of public opinion. It is composed of inherited prejudices and symbols and cliches and verbal formulas supplied to them by the leaders.” ― Edward L. Bernays, Propaganda
.

An availability cascade is a self-reinforcing cycle that explains the development of certain kinds of collective beliefs. A novel idea or insight, usually one that seems to explain a complex process in a simple or straightforward manner, gains rapid currency in the popular discourse by its very simplicity and by its apparent insightfulness. Its rising popularity triggers a chain reaction within the social network: individuals adopt the new insight because other people within the network have adopted it, and on its face it seems plausible. The reason for this increased use and popularity of the new idea involves both the availability of the previously obscure term or idea, and the need of individuals using the term or idea to appear to be current with the stated beliefs and ideas of others, regardless of whether they in fact fully believe in the idea that they are expressing. Their need for social acceptance, and the apparent sophistication of the new insight, overwhelm their critical thinking.

Ex-‘SNL’ writer Kevin Brennan mocks Matthew Perry’s death: ‘I do love it when junkies die’

Comedian Kevin Brennan has sparked disgust by celebrating “Friends” star Matthew Perry’s sudden death — even writing, “I do love it when junkies die.”

The former “Saturday Night Live” writer wrote a series of messages soon after news broke of the beloved actor’s death on Saturday.
“DROWNED IN A HOT TUB. HAHAHAHA,” Brennan initially wrote on X.

Asked “Why is drowning in a hot tub funny?,” Brennan replied, “Because it’s not very deep.”

The podcaster then defended his remarks after TMZ published a story about them.
“I didn’t mock it,” he said, sharing the TMZ story. “I just thought it was funny.

“But I do love it when junkies die.”
Brennan, 63, who hosts the Misery Loves Company podcast, has since been receiving backlash online — though he has seemed to revel in the controversy, asking Sunday, “Am I trending yet?”

One X user called him a “p–ck” in response to his callousness about Perry’s death, writing, “I hope you are never affected by this insidious disease.”

But Brennan simply reposted the comment, writing: “Sounds like fun.”

Why does this thread feature a disgusting anti-Semitic caricature when such a thing is completely unrelated?
Yes, yes, they are disgusting, aren't they?

Be they words OR images.

For years, they've been inserted into threads inappropriately, and I sincerely hope you point them all out with the same kind of vigor.

Why is Matthew Perry's death being used to preach about anti-Semitism? He wasn't a Jew, and he was not killed during a hate crime and/or terrorist act

Ah, I see. This was personal, not a objective understanding of concepts.

You think "preaching", "trying to persuade" is my goal?
I can't even persuade guests to close the front door securely behind them when they leave. Why would I have the slightest hope I could change anybody's mind about anything?

Here's an analogy to clarify:

There's a traveler who knows only a little of the local language, can't make out much of the signage.

There are locals that want to mislead travelers and direct them to their own villages, so they cover the legitimate signs with their own.

Then there is me, who sees traveler after traveler after traveler misdirected to a place they don't realize is a set-up, and an ugly village, or a cliff edge.

And you, @Symmachus, have just insinuated, I not only try to direct the travelers to MY village, I also try to make the bad guys turn over a new leaf?

No.
I hand the traveler a universally accepted-as-accurate map, let's say Triple A, with translations into their language, made by experts, not me, and then-- they're on their own.

But because of a private issue with you and I, you want to slap the maps out of their hands, aid the people luring them to their villages under false pretenses, and make sure they think I'm awful??

******
There's plenty of speculation out there that the Hollywood elite, Matthew Perry, is Jewish. But that misses the point entirely.

The grotesque words of an anti-semite caricature were introduced in this thread much earlier than my post.

You object to those words being translated into a universally understandable visual?

You object to anyone having a map, and making an informed decision which way they go?

So when the bad guys erect signs that point:
"Disneyland, this way!",

and I add a sign below that advises:
"Danger, cliff edge ahead"

-that's a big old problem for you?
It just rubs you the wrong way?
I'm being disrespectful to the deceased Matthew Perry?

I'm certain that Matthew Perry and his family would approve of what I said.

What they wouldn't approve of is silence when people's lives are at stake, in the service other people's hate.

That's the entire impetus behind the anti-vaxxer movement.
Does that make it easier for you to understand how anti-semitism endangers
everyone?

Matthew Perry knew all of this, that's why he tried to counter it.
Give your respect to his efforts and him, not your "empathy".

Give that to the living, not the dead.

Eta: Did it ever occur to anyone that other members might have found it distressing over the years when they got ambushed with a anti-semitic trope?

So much concern about your discomfort when I remark on their existence here, but zero concern that they do exist here, or how others might feel seeing them?

Why aren't they speaking now? They've been driven away, duh.
You all wonder where "beloved" members are who disappear, but never why they disappear.

Maybe they saw things, daily, that made them feel not-to-loved?
Maybe they got exhausted by it? ?
Maybe they saw your silence?
Maybe they saw the eye rolls and personal attacks whenever anyone spoke up?
