Russell Brand took to his YouTube channel on Friday to 'absolutely deny' what he called 'serious allegations' made against him in a letter and email - ahead of a mystery Channel 4 Dispatches investigation.

The much-anticipated programme is set to air at 9pm on Saturday night, with speculation building over who or what could be at the centre of the investigation.

Sources say that the long running current affairs documentary series will feature details about a well-known celebrity, which the Mail have been told are shocking.
Though there is no indication Brand will be covered in the programme, he made a video addresses his fans.

The comedian, actor and internet personality told his 6.5 million subscribers late on Friday night that there are 'very, very serious criminal allegations' made against him which he 'absolutely refutes'.
Brand said he had received two 'extremely disturbing letters' from a 'mainstream media TV company' and a newspaper.

The letters listed 'a litany of extremely egregious and aggressive attacks, which are untrue', Brand said.

Russell Brand has today been accused of rape, sexual assault and emotional abuse by four women during the peak of his fame.

The explosive allegations are claimed to have taken place between 2006 and 2013, while Brand was a presenter for BBC Radio 2 and Channel 4 before then becoming a star in Hollywood.

He also faces allegations of controlling, abusive and predatory behaviour, following a joint investigation by The Sunday Times, The Times and Channel 4 Dispatches.
The bombshell claims came after Brand posted an astonishing video late on Friday night vehemently denying what he called 'very serious criminal allegations' made against him.

Sharing his 2min 45sec monologue to his 11million followers on X and 6.5 million subscribers on YouTube, Brand lashed out at 'aggressive' media claims as he insisted any relationships he had 'during his time of promiscuity' were 'consensual'.
In the report by The Times, one woman alleges Brand raped her against the wall in his Los Angeleshome.

A second woman alleges that Brand assaulted her when he was 31 and she was 16 and still at school. It is claimed the actor referred to her as 'the child' during an emotionally abusive and controlling relationship that lasted for about three months
A third woman alleged the comedian sexually assaulted her while she worked with him in Los Angeles and that he threatened her with legal action if she told anyone.

While the fourth claimed she was sexually assaulted by Brand who she alleges was physically and emotionally abusive towards her.
One of his alleged victims was still attending school when she was sexually assaulted by Brand.

Alice - not her real name - who was 16 at the time, was shopping outside Topshop on Oxford Street when Brand approached her and began rifling through her bag. He pulled out a dress and asked her if she would be wearing it on their date.
heir relationship lasted three months and Alice, as well her mother, both described Brand's behaviour as 'grooming'.

Towards the end of the relationship, the woman, now 31, said the comedian sexually assaulted her.

She told the paper: 'I was sat up in the bed up against the headboard, and he forced his penis down my throat and I couldn’t breathe. It was just choking me and I couldn’t breathe, and I was pushing him away and he wasn’t backing off at all.'

Alice said that Brand manipulated women for sex by joking about his sex addiction and countless relationships.

She added: 'I think he was very skillful in the start of making his identity be, ‘I’m the womaniser. I’m a sex addict. I’m inappropriate but it’s all just a joke, it’s funny’,” Alice claims, “It’s a smokescreen for a lot more of his dark behaviour".'

In late 2020, Alice contacted Brand's literary agent, Angharad Wood, the co-founder of Tavistock Wood, to report the actor's alleged behaviour.

Is it just me, or did somebody put a curse on the cast of Forgetting Sarah Marshall, and the curse is just now, well, metastasizing?

Highlights include:

Several women have made allegations against Brand as part of the investigation. Four of the women alleged sexual assault.
  • One woman alleges that Brand raped her against a wall in his Los Angeles home. She was treated at a rape crisis centre on the same day. The Times says it has seen medical records to support this
  • A second woman alleges that Brand assaulted her when he was in his early 30s and she was 16 and still at school. She alleges he referred to her as "the child" during an emotionally abusive and controlling relationship
  • A third woman claims that Brand sexually assaulted her while she worked with him in Los Angeles, and that he threatened to take legal action if she told anyone else about her allegation
  • The fourth woman alleged being sexually assaulted by Brand and him being physically and emotionally abusive towards her

That certainly doesn't look good.

@Sugar Cookie: Looks like we posted our bits at the same time. All righty, then. Glad you're on top of things around here.

Who else is cursed on The Sarah Marshall movie except maybe Mila?

@Symmachus

I've read Jason Segel is an ass but that is about it.

It was kind of flippant, really, but I was mainly thinking of Mila Kunis and that whole rape trial thing when saying that.

Another actor from the FSM film: there's this Jonah Hill relationship drama with his ex Sarah Brady that happened earlier this summer. I genuinely find that situation more ambiguous than most publicly made allegations of domestic abuse are.

Finally. This guy is like the biggest piece of shit ever.

Russell Brand TV execs allegedly considered removing female staffers so they wouldn’t be ‘assaulted’

Television executives allegedly considered removing all female staff from shows helmed by Russell Brand instead of the British comic himself, over fears they would be “assaulted or harassed.”

The shocking allegation comes as four women have accused the Brand, 48, of raping and sexually abusing them during the height of his fame between 2006 and 2013, according to a joint investigation published Saturday by the Times of London and Channel 4 Dispatches.

Russell Brand once joked about raping and killing a woman in an onstage interview 10 years before UK cops confirmed Monday that he is being investigated over allegations of sex assault.
The 48-year-old embattled star made the off-color comments — along with jokes about sex with kids and homeless people — in a 2013 interview with Richard Herring that was shared by the Daily Mail after being widely deleted from YouTube.
While admitting he was a “sex narcissist,” Katy Perry’s ex-husband told Herring that his biggest secret was that he was actually “just a bloke from Essex, from a single-parent family [who’s] a pretty comprehensive show-off.”

“It’s not my extremism that I need to protect, it’s my mundanity … if there’s anything being protected, it’s that,” he said.
“Oh — and also I raped someone once,” he added with a laugh as some in the audience gasped.

“I killed her after,” Brand added with a grin. “She’ll never tell.”
In the same interview for Herring’s podcast, Brand — whose accusers include a then-16-year-old he allegedly called “the child” — joked about the ancient Greeks’ proclivity for having sex with minors.
They didn’t mind it, and they was clever, weren’t they?” the actor asked — mimicking someone having sex.

“I’m f—ing a little kid! This is great!”

Brand went on to joke about adults, like baby-sitters, having sex in front of children — including himself when he was a kid — and suggested he had sex with half the women in the audience.

Later on in the interview, Herring asked Brand about his use of homeless people to promote his Messiah tour, asking whether, as a millionaire comedian, he thought it was “exploitative.”

“You should have seen what happened after the video,” he replied, as he mimed having sex with a homeless person and putting out a cigarette on them.

“Who’s going to care? Who are you going to tell?” Brand asked. “If society cared, you wouldn’t be homeless.”

The interview has since been removed from YouTube and SoundCloud amid allegations from four women who claim the actor raped, sexually assaulted and abused them.

YouTube said Tuesday that Russell Brand will no longer make money from the video streaming site after several women made allegations of sexual assault against the comedian-turned-influencer.
The BBC removed some of Brand's material from its streaming archive, joining a growing list of organizations distancing themselves from the performer, who denies sexual assault and has not been charged with any criminal offenses.
YouTube said monetization of Brand's account, which has 6.6 million subscribers, has been suspended "following serious allegations against the creator."
"This decision applies to all channels that may be owned or operated by Russell Brand," the Google-owned video service said.

The suspension means Brand won’t be able to earn money from the ads that run within and alongside YouTube videos, which have titles including "What REALLY Started the Hawaii Fires?" and "Covid Tsar Admits Lockdowns Were NEVER About Science."
Other channels associated with Brand's main YouTube page include Awakening With Russell, which has 426,000 subscribers, Football Is Nice, which has some 20,000 subscribers, and Stay Free With Russell Brand, which has 22,200 subscribers.

Brand still has a presence on Rumble, a video site popular with some conservatives and far-right groups, where his channel has 1.4 million followers. He also has 11.2 million followers on X, formerly known as Twitter, and 3.8 million on Instagram.

Russell Brand strikes back ...

During his prior sexually-prolific life (what was reported does not sound like rape to me, sorry-not-sorry), he was a T.V. star that the shitty mainstream media happily held on to.

Now that he has transformed into a kinda-shamanistic preacher for truth and free will, this path has naturally lead him away from the shitty mainstream media's sphere.

Now that they attacked him, ooooh. They may have created a shaman version of Tucker Carlson. He's telling ALL the truth now about the Ukraine "war". Haha! They can't seem to achieve their desired goals these days.

Below: It's throughout all of this but then they swap to the Rumble side about 1/3rd of the way in and get deep into it.

Embattled British comic Russell Brand was questioned on Thursday by London police officers about alleged sex abuse that happened more than a decade ago.

Brand, 48, was grilled by investigators regarding three “non-recent” sexual offenses, according to The Times of London, which published a joint investigation in September that accused Brand of raping, sexually assaulting and abusing three women and a 16-year-old girl between 2006 and 2013.

“A man in his forties attended a police station in south London on Thursday,” a Scotland Yard spokesperson told the outlet

“He was interviewed under caution by detectives in relation to three non-recent sexual offences. Enquiries continue.”

The Metropolitan Police had asked potential victims to come forward after the exposé came out, and police had heard from accusers both in London and other parts of the UK who had not been referred to in the bombshell allegations, according to the report.

“We continue to encourage anyone who believes they may have been a victim of a sexual offence, no matter how long ago it was, to contact us,” Detective Superintendent Andy Furphy had reportedly said.

Comedian-turned wellness guru Russell Brand has been charged with a string of rapes and sexual assaults dating back more than 25 years, British police said Friday.
The 49-year-old was hit with charges of rape, indecent assault, oral rape and two counts of sexual assault, according to the Metropolitan Police.

The alleged offenses are tied to four separate women and took place between 1999 and 2005, cops said.

The British actor, who was once married to pop star Katy Perry, is accused of raping one woman in Bournemouth in 1999 and indecently assaulting another in 2001 in London’s Westminster area.
Police said he is also responsible for the alleged oral rape and sexual assault of a woman in Westminster in 2004, as well as the sexual assault of another alleged victim between 2004 and 2005.

Russell Brand, the risqué comic who bragged for years of his sexual exploits, was convicted Thursday of raping one woman and sexually assaulting three others on allegations dating back years.
The British actor-comedian faces a “significant” prison term when he is sentenced Monday, Judge Joel Bennathan said. Brand had been free, but he was taken into custody after the judge rejected a bail request to let him see his kids because of the possibility he might flee.

“I regret the hardship caused to the children, of course,” the judge said. “But the hardship has been caused by serious criminal offending by their father.”

Brand was a ruthless, calculating, manipulative “sexual predator,” prosecutor Riel Karmy-Jones said at trial.

The 51-year-old father of three denied the charges and testified that he was obsessed with sex as a young man and once led a promiscuous life but had never forced anyone to do something against their will.
He was convicted of one count of rape and three counts of sexual assault. He was acquitted of two rape counts and one count of attempted indecent assault.

Brand closed his eyes as the guilty verdict on the rape count was read but showed no emotion otherwise. When bail was denied, he gestured to his lawyers that he was OK and repeatedly said, “I’m good, I’m good, I’m good,” before being taken away.

He will probably end up with more time than was give to any of the Pakistani child rapers.
