Police are trying to identify a young woman allegedly murdered by MS-13 gang members who killed her as part of a satanic ritual.

The body of the victim, believed to be 15 to 25, was found on Sharpcrest near Corporate on the morning of February 16. She'd been shot in the head and the chest.

Diego Alexander Hernandez-Rivera, 18, and Miguel Angel Alvarez-Flores, 22, were arrested Monday and charged with killing her.

A 14-year-old girl told police the same suspects held her against her will and forced her to have sex repeatedly over a two-week period in early February. The girl said Flores and Rivera were also holding the dead woman against her will and they killed her because she bashed the gang's shrine to a satanic saint. The gang leader decided she needed to die as a sacrifice to the saint.

"He returned from the statue and told the entire group, including the gang members, that the beast did not want a material offering, but wanted a soul," the judge said in court Thursday.

The 14-year-old said she woke up one morning and the victim, who called herself "Genesis," was gone.

She was Hispanic, 5 feet tall and weighed 108 pounds. She had long dark, wavy hair and pierced ears. She was wearing a gray short-sleeved shirt with a pink "Slope Bunny" embroidered emblem on the left chest, "Old Navy" brand jeans (size 0 Regular), purple ankle socks and white high-top Converse sneakers with red trim (size 6). She was also wearing three silver rings, including one with elephants.

HOUSTON – A pair of Salvadorian immigrants in the country illegally are accused of a horrifying series of crimes.

The pair, alleged members of the violent MS-13 gang, are accused of kidnapping and raping a 14-year-old girl and killing an older girl known as "Genesis."

Diego Alexander Hernandez-Rivera, 18, and Miguel Angel Alvarez-Flores, 22, are charged with murder and kidnapping. They're each being held on a $300,000 bond.

The 14-year-old provided the evidence which links the men to the murder of "Genesis" whose body was dumped on the side of a Houston road two weeks ago. She was found near Sharpcrest and Corporate on February 16 by a man driving his kids to school.

No one wants to come forward because it's ms13. Most likely, the 14yo that gave them up is in protective custody. Even then, she will probably die. No one wants to own up. Also, no one knows how long she was with the gang. She could be a run away. She may not have any family here. There's a million reasons why no one has identified her yet.
 
No wonder they needed Satan's help. They're terribly scrawny compared to other MS-13 members whose photos I've seen. And, probably most detrimental of all, no face or neck tats. They've got the murderous attitude down pretty well though.

having lived in LA area and having friends that were El Salvadorian I have to say MC13 is notorious for being one of the most violent gangs bar none around. They were spawned in LA and then went over other parts of Calif where there where Central Americans living.Was too much into a migraine to deal with this yesterday but was [and wasn't] surprised they now have spread from LA to other states like Texas and NY. They took the Sante Muerte religion/sect basically rooted in Mexican gangs and practiced by various Latin gangs to all new levels. It's not only a religion of it's own but now has been combined with a redo of AfroCarribean magic with the Central American/Mexican connotations that are more bloody and violent. Can see how it could then be more perverted into what wold look like and be twisted into Satanism. As stated in shout they are now the enforcers for various Mexican cartels that has given them much more money, mobility and leverage. Before the loose confederation of Tango [various Mexican gangs] and the Mexican mafia had the pie but think these guys hae cut out their own slice [and probably a big one]. One thing they have always used is underaged sicarios like the Columbians, with hardened killers and hitmen at the ripe age of 13/14 yrs old as the laws on minors are much more tolerant.
 
They are at war with Tango Blast from what i know. But Tango blast (better known as houstone) is really only a jail gang. Meaning they dont corral outside of the prisons. They dont do dirt in the city streets. It truly is more of a brotherhood/ family thing. Their tattoos and apparel consist of hometown sports teams. The Astro's star is a notorious tat that they get as well as the Houston skyline. This is done so they can blend in on once they are on the streets and not be targeted as a gang memeber.

I heard the Houston area code too, like that wouldnt be a sign, lol, I also saw a lengthy special on them a few years ago where they are kind trying to form out of prison after they get up as they were a network of different gangs and they had mixed up real bad with the Mexican Mafia and came out on top of that one a few years ago. I highly doubt anyone that knows this girl is going to be too keen on talking to authorities. Losing a friend/loved one is bad enough, why get deported on top of it? Gov't prob shoulda thought that issue through better before they started their crackdown. Priorities.

The mother of a missing 15-year-old claims she is the unidentified girl allegedly murdered in Texas by two illegal immigrant gang members from El Salvador.

Genesis Lizbeth Cornejo disappeared on January 19 from Jersey Village, just outside of Houston, but authorities initially said she had run away from home.

Her mother Rosmeri Cornejo took to Facebook on Friday to say she was shattered that her daughter had been allegedly kidnapped and killed by two members of the MS-13 gang.

Police have not yet confirmed if the body they found shot dead in a remote area of Houston on February 16 is that of Genesis Cornejo.

They had previously released a facial reconstruction image of the victim in a bid to identify her.

Authorities described the girl as Hispanic and around five feet tall. They said she had dark, wavy hair and pierced ears.

Many of the details match the description in Genesis' missing person's report.

The Cornejo family had only just moved to Houston after previously living in New York, ABC 13 reports.

Rosmeri, who can only speak Spanish, said one of her daughter's friends had told her she was being held against her will.

The two men suspected of killing the teenager and kidnapping another faced Houston court on Wednesday.

MS-13 gang leader Miguel Angel Alvarez-Flores, 22, who also goes by 'Diabolico,' and 18-year-old Diego Alexan Hernandez-Rivera laughed, smiled and waved in court.

Prosecutors said the two kidnapped a 14-year-old girl after she left school around February 2, holding her in an apartment where she was raped by a gang member.

After four days, the girl said she was taken to a different apartment where six gang members lived, and Flores kept a makeshift Satanic shrine.

Authorities say she was held against her will there for two weeks, given drugs and alcohol to keep her disoriented, and sexually assaulted by some of the men.

She also said she was held down while Flores tattooed a giant grim reaper from her knee to her foot, the Houston Chronicle reported.

She told investigators that a second girl she only knew as 'Genesis' also was held at the apartment.

Genesis lashed out at their captors by destroying the makeshift Satanic shrine, the first victim told police.

Flores responded by sacrificing a cigarette to the gang's shrine, but then said the 'Beast' required a soul sacrifice, according to the court hearing.

When the 14-year-old girl woke up the next day, Genesis was gone.



That girl was found shot dead in the head and chest on February 16, and has not yet been identified.

Police said Rivera had confessed in the shooting.
The gang member says crew boss Flores told him 'Prepare yourself, it's your turn,' according to police.

The two men then took Genesis from the apartment on the pretense of meeting a dealer to buy weed.

Rivera shot the woman in the head, killing her, and the older gang member Flores then took the gun and fired a second shot in her chest, police believe.

Rivera and Flores are each being held on $150,000 bond in Harris County Jail.

However, federal authorities have placed a hold on the illegal aliens, meaning they would be taken into federal custody if released on bail.

Both men have requested a court-appointed lawyer. They are scheduled to appear in court on April 18.
 
Should be a shoot to kill order on all gang members.

she was a beautiful girl and only fkn 15 years old. I can remember that other gang case in 92 of the murder of those 2 teen girls that had taken a short cut and feel all the minors should have still kept the death penalty charges there and was glad the other pos wasn't able to extradite out. Feel the same for this one and another mc case has turned up more bodies in Va just now
