Pennsylvania Woman Stabbed In Face In Fight Over Bag Of Shrimp

A Pennsylvania woman was stabbed in the face by a knife-wielding assailant when the two got into a fight over a bag of shrimp, reports said.

The melee kicked off when Nandine Bell, 46, was buying a bag of shrimp from Pamela Freshley, 55, on Jan. 15.

The pair started arguing, according to the report, and Freshley took the bag of shrimp and began walking away.

Bell tried to grab the bag from her, but Freshley resisted and whipped out a pair of scissors.

Bell then allegedly grabbed a stick and started beating Freshley with it, the newspaper reported. Freshley responded by stabbing her in the face with the scissors.

Both women were charged with aggravated assault and held on bail.
