TWO WORDS: SLIME BAGS.
The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help in identifying the individuals responsible for severely injuring a dog outside of a church in Kingsport, Tennessee.
Video captured by surveillance cameras at Gospel Mission Church, which is located along Lone Star Road, shows what appears to be a white four-door sedan dragging a dog through the parking lot.
This happened on January 28th.
Church members found the dog the next evening and transported it to a local veterinarian for treatment.
At least two people were in the car at the time of the dragging incident.
WHAT DO YOU SAY WE CATCH THEM?

Church suffered injuries to its ankles, knees and chest. Andes said he must fully heal before someone can adopt him.

"It's slowly getting better," he said. "It's in good spirit but the dog has some major injuries and its going to take a long time for it to heal."
