Hope everyone's been doing well! I know I've not been around for awhile, and that's on purpose. Too many things pulling my limited attention in other directions, and too much stupid shit going on in the world, to where I can't bear to read the front page here anymore. So I've been keeping clear.

But... I just put out another episode of my show, and I know that some of you enjoy it, and I feel like I'm being a dick if I don't at least pop in and tell y'all.

I like the flavor of those hot sauces, but I just can't stand the heat. I enjoy seeing someone else get surprised when that Carolina Reaper ramps up though!

When I make cream cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped, jalapenos I remove the seeds and the spine things. In other words, I remove all the heat, ha ha. They're still good!
