A perv picked up a woman who he spotted hailing a cab in Upper Manhattan – and took her on an unwanted ride to Queens before sexually assaulting her, cops said.
The 33-year-old victim was hailing a cab at the corner of West 184th Street and St. Nicholas Avenue in Washington Heights around 4:45 a.m. Sunday when a gray Volkswagen SUV pulled up and she got inside, authorities said.
The victim told the driver she was heading to Brooklyn – but at some point the motorist deviated from the GPS directions and brought her to Queens instead, police said.
By about 5:35 a.m., they ended up in Forest Hills, where the suspect displayed a knife and grabbed the victim’s groin, cops said.
The victim escaped the SUV, but the driver took off, police said.
The woman was not stabbed or slashed, but suffered minor injuries to her hand and feet, cops said.
Cops released a sketch of the suspect, who they say appears to be between 40 and 50 years old, last seen wearing a black jacket and black pants.
