NC Mother Accused Of Stabbing 10MO Multiply Times Causing Boy's Death

According to the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office, Ciara Frederick was taken into custody after a 10-month-old was found with multiple stab wounds.

The boy, identified as Enoch Chappell, was found with multiple stab wounds and was taken to Mission Hospital, where he was declared dead.

Frederick’s charges also included two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, deputies said.

This is absolutely TRUE!! 100% The older of the children is very lucky to be alive! The father of the older child had been telling the courts for YEARS the the mother was violent and has some SERIOUS MENTAL ISSUES and the courts chose to ignore his pleas to do something about the mother. AND NOW a child is dead. A sweet little angel.
