Three children have been found safe after an all-night search that began with a homicide investigation in Philadelphia and ended with a man being found dead in Montgomery County.
It all began after a 39-year-old woman was shot, police say the victim, Maisah Larkin, was found in the living room of the home with multiple gunshot wounds to the head.
Larkin was pronounced dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, police say three kids - all 2 years old - went missing from the area around the same time as the homicide.
The children, a girl and two boys, were believed to be with 37-year-old Stanley Baptiste, who was last seen on Haines Street just after 8 p.m.
Baptiste was later found with a gunshot wound to the head inside an SUV in Lansdale, Pa. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Philadelphia police say the children were located, though no details were released as to where they were found.
Investigators say this incident was the result of a domestic incident.
