Has he looked in a mirror- Prison is not going to treat his butt-hole kindly

A 24-year-old man has been held in jail without bond on multiple charges stemming from an April 25 attack on an 8-year-old girl in which he allegedly cut her neck and/or chin with a broken beer bottle, according to court documents.

Nichalas Shane San Souci is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center, charged with child abuse resulting in bodily harm (recklessly), aggravated battery (deadly weapon), and aggravated assault (deadly weapon), in which he allegedly attacked the girl's father with a pocket knife, the documents said.
In the state's expedited motion, San Souci was held in pretrial detention. San Souci said the reason he assaulted the girl was "because she got in my way."

"This behavior is so extreme and beyond the norms of civil conduct, that conditions of release are inappropriate for this defendant," the document said.

Nicholas San Souci pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree child abuse and one count of third-degree child abuse in connection with the April 25 attack at Saggios restaurant.
The 8-year-old girl was waiting to order food with her family when San Souci smashed a beer bottle over the child’s head and stabbed her in the neck.

The child ended up with 19 stitches.
San Souci will spend 12 years in prison, followed by three years of probation, Bernalillo County District Attorney Sam Bregman said.
