Missouri Woman Accused Of 2YO’s Death Remains Behind Bars At Request Of Grand Jury

The Henry County Prosecuting Attorney announced on Tuesday, Aug. 19, that Trisha Thiele, 34, of Windsor, has been indicted by a grand jury after an investigation into the death of her 2-year-old child.

The Henry County Sheriff’s Office noted that the investigation was opened in June 2025. The indictment now charges Thiele with endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree, resulting in death - a class A felony.
