In a foreclosure home sale I'm not certain who is responsible for sweeping the house for corpses.
It's all sort of like a mail-order bride. You've had a look at the outside, but you have no idea what's inside, you've already sunk a lot of money into the endeavor, and you have to deal with surprises whether you like it or not.

"Officials in Ohio say a man found a decomposing body in the basement of a home that was recently purchased."

"WOIO reports the owner purchased the property on Noble Road through a foreclosure sale in Cuyahoga County."

"According to Cleveland Heights Director of Communications Mike Thomas, the new homeowner called police around 11:40 a.m. Tuesday after finding the body in the home’s basement."

"The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner identified the body as 71-year-old Nina Fielden. Thomas said Fielden was the previous owner of the home."

Apparently, no one. I sense a business op, unless banks want to create a new job description.

As for mail order brides, at least they can be sent bank and too bad for the investment. Corpses aren's so easy to get rid of and their memory is the gift that keeps on giving.

It's like a gigantic Cracker Jack box.
Every purchase has a prize inside!

Looks like a cute little home.
Although now it's going to be the neighborhood Death House.

I hope the victim didn't suffer. My sympathies go up to the new homeowner for the special discovery
