Detectives with the El Paso Police Department are investigating after a reported home break-in that cost a man his life, according to a press release.
After discovering a broken window and blood, a homeowner called police Monday evening. Officers responded to the scene, where they found the body of 28-year-old Javier Tellez Jr.
Police believe Tellez cut his arms on the broken window while climbing inside. They say he was unable to stop the bleeding and died.
The investigation is ongoing.

I would be so furious if some asshole not only broke into my house, but also bled out all over everything and then died there.

Gah... the mess, the red tape, the cleaning expense... How very inconvenient.
Almost makes you want to bring his ass back to life just to kill him again.
Not to mention the neverending nightmares. No thank you.

I would certainly sue the man, his estate at least.

People that die like this don't have an estate. Most likely, just a mother or wife he continues to cause trouble for, even after death.

Prob got some social security or death benefits or some type of govt handout bullshit that should go to the homeowner in a situation like this

That's what I was thinking too ... and after all that you still have to sleep a few night with the fact that someone even dared to come into your house at all. Its very unsettling to have some one break into your house ... the whole dying there too ... akkkkk !

Almost as creepy......my family has a cabin on a farm we get to every so often. We had a guy break in and LIVE there. Didn't really take much just left a mess (ate most of the food, dirtied bed, nasty ring in the tub). We guessed he may have stayed there up to a week. Not as bad as finding a dead body though.
