Man, 58, Cuts 9-Year-Old Boy With Knife

"Jeffery Watts is accused of cutting a 9-year-old boy at the Summertree Apartments around 8:30 p.m., according to a Mobile Police Department report.

Watts allegedly became upset with the boy for playing outside of his apartment. He confronted the child with a knife and cut him.

Watts was arrested and charged with assault."
