“Don’t hate what you can’t imitate.” Lunchbox the cat's life motto right there.

Internet trolls came for the cat after his Cadbury Bunny finalist video went viral online.

Lunchbox took ownership of the negativity and called out the trolls in this new video.
Lunchbox is currently at the Oklahoma Humane Society and is working on shedding some of those pounds.

Sadly, it wasn’t to be for Lunchbox as he was beaten by another bunny wannabe.
The public voted Lieutenant Dan, a two-legged dog, as the winner.

According to his profile, Lieutenant Dan, from New Richmond, Ohio, ‘was born different, but hasn’t let that slow him down! He has a joy for life that is infectious and inspiring!’
But Lunchbox was a good sport. Another post on the charity’s Facebook page said: ‘Hello ladies and gentlemen of Ameowica. Lunchbox here!

‘I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for their support in my run for Cadbury Bunny 2020. I have officially conceded to Lt. Dan, (an adorable two-legged dog – check out @cadburyusa to see him).
‘I know he will be a fantastic Cadbury Bunny, but I am already on to more important duties in my self-appointed role as official rescue animal catvocate to the state of Oklahoma.

‘These are unprecedented times for our country and our state. As the world outside comes to a temporary halt, I’m here to remind you that the cats and dogs in your community still need your help.

‘The number of animals coming into shelters, flowing into rescues, and needing to be fostered/adopted has not slowed down.
‘A gift of your time as a foster, a monetary donation to help us continue life-saving operations, or opening your heart and home to adopt a new pet are some remarkable things you can do for my fellow dogs and cats during this trying time.

‘With much love to you all, signing off from my foster-to-adopt home, be safe out there friends. Take care of yourself, your community, and your animals. XO – Lunchbox’
