According to a Maine State Police spokesperson, Dexter Police learned of the possible abuse after the 7-month-old infant was hospitalized last week with serious injuries.

After an investigation involving multiple agencies, the infant’s father, 23-year-old Kolby Drake, was arrested.

He’s facing several charges including aggravated assault and domestic violence assault.
