Vice President Kamala Harris served up another word salad last week at a music festival in New Orleans, giving a repetitive definition of the word “culture” before breaking into her trademark cackle.

“Culture is — it is a reflection of our moment in our time, right? And in present culture is the way we express how we’re feeling about the moment,” Harris, 58, told audience members last Friday at the Essence Festival of Culture in the Caesars Superdome

“And we should always find times to express how we feel about the moment that is a reflection of joy, because as you know, it comes in the morning,” the vice president added, bursting into laughter.

“We have to find ways to also express the way we feel about the moment in terms of just having language and a connection to how people are experiencing life. And I think about it in that way too,” she said.

Some Twitter users got “culture” shock from Harris’ comments, despite her history of repeating herself in public.

“Kamala tried to define the word ‘culture’ today… And it went about as well as if a 9 year old had to give a book report on a book they didn’t read… This is cringier than most Biden talks,” comedian Tim Young wrote.

“Maybe the coke in the Whitehouse wasn’t Hunter’s after all,” joked Australian columnist Rita Panahi, referencing news that cocaine had been found earlier this week in the West Wing.

Twitchy’s Doug Powers also mocked the vice president by alluding to her past marijuana use, “Can somebody tell Kamala she shouldn’t be eating every gummy in the package all at once?”

Ya see, y'all just haters. I understand when she talks of culture, especially when she references "in the morning", because when I get up every morning and see the beautiful sunshine and realize that's it's just for me, because, you know, it is, shining in my window and I see it and notice how bright it is and warm, it's warm too, but it's still the most brilliant light I've ever seen, and culture is like that, brilliant in the morning and just for me. A few cackles here for effect.

Google the word "culture" and one might get a completely different explanation than what she said. Might as well try to vote for a cantaloupe next election as if votes actually count.

She can blow some more sunshine up my ass.
