Jomilyn Mendiola Smoked Meth While Pregnant - Beats On Disabled Child Who “Does Not Know How To Act Right”

Twenty-nine-year-old Jomilyn Perez Mendiola is charged three times with child abuse and family violence as third-degree felonies.

Court documents state Guam police received a complaint from a relative known to Mendiola, stating, the alleged abuse has been ongoing for about eight years.

The complaint further states the witness saw Mendiola walk up to the victim, hit his head and drag him towards a garage, where Mendiola allegedly proceeded to stomp and kick the victim.

The victim was transported to Guam Memorial Hospital for further treatment.

In an interview, Mendiola claimed the victim has a disability and “does not know how to act right,” however could not give exact reasons for her actions.

Mendiola then admitted to smoking meth while she was pregnant and to kicking and stomping him.

Mendiola also told police, “I know it was over the top and I'm wrong for all of that.”
