I for one have thought so since before 09/23/1987, when his ass was booted off of the 1988 Presidential ticket. And I'm both horrified and disgusted that the same agency (the DNC) that booted his ass in 1987 went begging for his return 30+ years later. Like he stopped being a liar, cheat and thief?
