An illegal in Brooklyn was arrested — and released — for allegedly throwing a 2-year-old pooch to its death from a 14th-floor balcony earlier this month, leaving the dog’s owner traumatized over the ruthless murder.
Luis Gabriel Santamaria, 27, said he came home on Nov. 1 to find his beloved pit bull, Kith, lying dead on the sidewalk after a new friend stormed into his apartment around 5 a.m. following a spat and hurled the beloved pup off the balcony of an apartment building in Crown Heights.

“I had him since he was a baby, since he was 1-month old. He was literally my best friend,” the grief-stricken pet owner told The Post.
“I never would have thought he would do what he did, murder my dog for no reason.”
Alberto Morris, 33, was arrested on Monday and charged with aggravated cruelty to animals, grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, criminal mischief and torturing an animal, according to the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office.
He has no prior arrests and was released following an arraignment earlier this week, as his charges are non-bail eligible under state law, meaning he can’t be held behind bars unless convicted.
Santamaria met Morris a few weeks before the killing, with the pair becoming quick pals and bonding over their shared Panamanian heritage.
Morris, who lived nearby, had immigrated to the US about a year ago, Santamaria said, adding that the violent brute quickly became obsessive, sending odd texts, showing up at his home and ringing the doorbell for hours.

On the night of the horrific incident, the two had gone to a Halloween party in Williamsburg — where Morris got drunk and aggressive, Santamaria said.

Where in the article is it stated that he is an illegal immigrant?

Obviously this is a sick shitty thing to do, but I don't see any benefit from trying to further sensationalize what is already a terrible enough story.

The attached article was completely misquoted, as the opening statement was changed, but still presented above as a quote.

What the article ACTUALLY says is, "A Brooklyn migrant was busted — and released — for allegedly throwing a 2-year-old pooch to its death from a 14th-floor balcony earlier this month, leaving the dog’s owner traumatized over the ruthless murder."

Just because the liberal woke media refuses to say illegal and just says migrant, doesn't make him a legal resident
You both know the bullshit media's agenda reporting MOD, so let's be real and admit, all liberal woke agenda first media, refuses to say illegal and the current administration has changed illegal alien to migrant
So fuck all the agenda bullshit and let's call it what it is, fortunately most of the liberal politicians and reporters seem to be on the way out

To be clear, I'm not saying he's not illegal. The issue is, the article absolutely did NOT say that, which we clearly agree on because you say media refuses to say it.

We have a quote function on this site which is meant to be used when (shocker) QUOTING our news source. We don't get to pick and choose and change words around, and then still attribute them to the original source.

I don't have any skin in the game here, but I'd imagine that could be problematic for a site like this to do.

I'm gonna hate myself for saying this, could be a refugee.

Dems could've just said undocumented.
