Blunderbuss Firozabad
Made of Pumpkin pie
Hector the station cat passed away yesterday, his heart gave out on him.
He'd run the Cornwall station in Southern England since 2013.
8-year-old Thomas Hocking from Redruth explains the "moggy" Hector best:
HECTOR
Hector is my name
Mischief is my game
I am the station cat
Preferring train tracks to a rat
Loved by the crew and Maxine
They keep me fed, clean and pristine
The public give me money for food
So eating this stops the cables being chewed
White and Grey with a stripey tail
If you don't let me in the office, I start to wail
I sit on the counter and help Maxine count the money
The general public think this is funny
------
Condolences are pouring in from around the world from other station cats in America, Japan, Israel and Britain just as they did for Dirt the cat in Nevada.
