According to arrest documents from the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy was called to the Culver’s on Navarre Parkway for an indecent exposure call on Tuesday, April 7.
The deputy spoke with a store manager who said that a group of young men who “appeared intoxicated” had come into the restaurant.
At one point, the manager told police two men from the group climbed on top of the counter at the front of the restaurant and “began to scream and make animal noises.”
A man, identified as 20-year-old Governor Dane Maurer, then allegedly pulled his pants and underwear down, exposing his buttocks and anus to a 16-year-old girl who was working at the counter.
Maurer was arrested, charged with indecent exposure and disorderly intoxication, and taken to the Santa Rosa County Jail. He has since been released.
