The arrest report for Alicia Gooch says the deputy was called to the Spencer Creek Campground about an intoxicated woman at 3:30pm on Saturday.

It says the Park Ranger reported Gooch had been driving the wrong way on a campground road and would've hit her trailer, had she not high-centered her car on a concrete wall next to the trailer.
Gooch was seen stumbling inside, then a short time later, came outside and got an infant out of the car and carried it, "headlock style" back into the trailer.

It says the deputy could hear muffled crying and could see Gooch passed out in the recliner and tried knocking but couldn't wake Gooch, so went inside to check on the baby.

It says the baby was wedged under the recliner and couldn't move, so was quickly rescued.
It says when they woke Gooch, she was confused, had watery, bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, smelled of alcohol and couldn't follow simple instructions.

It says once they took her outside, she went to her car and got a second small child out of the car.

It says that child was in the backseat, restrained, dark windows up, ignition off, while Gooch was inside passed out.

It says they placed Gooch in handcuffs and put her in the deputy's vehicle and she kept unbuckling herself and flailing around onto the floorboard.

It says on the way to jail, she found a trauma pack under the deputy's seat and managed to get it and take the trauma scissors out and cut the seat belt in half, then hide the scissors in the back of her pants - the scissors were found once she was searched by a female detention officer at the jail.

Gooch is accused of two counts of child neglect, resisting, obstructing, malicious injury to property and bringing contraband into the jail.

"I'll take What's Gucci for $600, Alex."

"Alicia Gooch was driving erratically around a campground, headlocking her baby, and was disruptive in the backseat of a police car. And she looks like this man, an actor who played the lead in the films Buster's Mal Heart and Bohemian Rhapsody."

What trash. Probably a hopeless case.
Don’t write her off yet.
I’m giving her some credit for ingenuity and resourcefulness. After all she managed to get ahold of the deputies trauma kit, don’t know what that is other than like a first aide type kit. Can’t imagine that it is supposed to be accessible to arrestee though, as that could have had a way worse ending. She cut off her seatbelt and concealed the knife all while being wildly intoxicated (she still ended up in the same place, but A for effort.
Plus at least the kid she left in car was restrained.
Maybe some time away in jail to get sober opened her eyes to her disaster of a life. She looks a lot better in second picture.
