31-year-old Shelby Marshall has been charged with aggravated battery and domestic battery after allegedly hitting her ex-boyfriend with an axe on Tuesday.

When police arrived, they found the victim getting a cut on his hand tended to, according to court records. He said Marshall swung an axe at him and put his arm up, leading to him being hit on the hand.
