ah shit that's right, forgot about that.

Hopefully they got enough to roast this slut bitch who helped with the murder

I honestly think that since this was so high profile they feel like they need to make a point to punish someone and they don't need her to prove anything since he killed himself. If she was involved I hope she rots. This hit so close to home as my sister is in the air force and also Spanish. I'm torn because it is possible that that dude forced her to dispose of the body. I don't know how I would react but if I was scared for my life I might help move a body otherwise now this dude might need help moving my body too. Then again I would run for help as soon as I could and run to the cops, so she probably is guilty. Hope she can live with herself.

Vanessa Guillen was savagely murdered with a hammer inside the armory of Fort Hood supposedly by David Robinson. He cleaned up the crime scene, put her body in a storage case, goes home and then comes back to the base that night to move the body 25 miles away to the Leon River. Robinson then calls his girlfriend Cecily Aguilar to help him try to burn the body which doesn’t work so they dismember Guillen with a machete and bury her in concrete at 3 separate places.

The Military is saying that Guillen was sexually harassed by an unnamed superior who asked her for a threesome? “The Army report said that the sexual harassment by the superior was unrelated to Guillen’s murder and that the suspected killer, Specialist Aaron Robinson, 20, had also been accused of harassing another female service member.”

Here is what the military say happen on June 30th when they found Guillen’s remains.

At around 5pm on June 30, just hours after workers found Guillen’s remains in a shallow grave, a member of the Army Criminal Investigation Command called Robinson’s unit and told them to put the specialist under strict observation. Robinson was told he was being detained for violating COVID-19 quarantine rules. He was then placed inside a conference room where an unarmed soldier was guarding the door. While Robinson was upset he was being detained, he nonetheless appeared relaxed. He spent his time in detention playing video games, according to the report.
Robinson was also allowed to keep his cell phone, which was being monitored by his superiors.

A few hours later, commanders got wind of new information suggesting that Robinson would try to escape, according to the report. In a text chain, one officer said that if he tried to escape, the guards had to ‘tackle his a** and call the MPs [military police].’But the soldier guarding Robinson did not get the message, according to the Army report. Just after 10pm, Robinson received a telephone call that appeared to be from his mother. ‘Don’t believe what you hear about me,’ a guard heard Robinson say. Several minutes later, Robinson escaped. A few hours later, he was spotted by Army and civilian police in the city of Killeen, just outside of Fort Hood. As officers were closing in to make an arrest, Robinson pulled out a gun and shot himself dead.

I call fucking bullshit for 2 reasons:

  1. If Guillen was being sexually harassed by this mystery superior then what motive did Robinson have to murderer her? Robinson’s girlfriend Aguilar claimed that the reason he killed her was because she saw pictures of Aguilar on his phone and told him that she was going to report him for adultery because Aguilar is married to another soldier who was stationed at Fort Hood. The Military disputed that statement and the updated investigation said as such.
“There was “no credible evidence” to determine Guillen’s suspected killer, Specialist Aaron Robinson, sexually harassed Guillén, nor did they have “any relationship” outside of work, the report said.”

"The report found that Guillen verbally reported she was sexually harassed on two occasions in 2019 by a supervisor who wasn’t her alleged killer. It did not identify who allegedly harassed her but said it was a “superior noncommissioned officer in her unit.”

  1. Guillen was not supposed to be on base that day but was told to come in to do inventory at the armory by her supervisor. This is where I’m having a hard time to believe that Robinson planned on killing her because he had no idea that she was going to be there that day and if he was planning on killing her (for apparently no reason) then why take a shot at doing it at the fucking military base?!!!
“She was called the night before by supervisors and was instructed that she was needed to complete her arms room inventory because she was an essential Military Occupational Specialty,” the Army said in a statement. “This is why she was in workout clothes, it was supposed to be a quick day to conduct the inventory.”

Around noon that day, Guillen left the arms room where she was conducting inventory and went into Robinson’s arms room to confirm serial numbers for weapons and equipment, The New York Times reported, referencing the criminal complaint. Robinson told investigators he read her the serial numbers and gave her paperwork, and said he believed she went to the motor pool, where vehicles are kept.

The Military announced that it has disciplined 21 soldiers and officers

Here is what I think happened: Vanessa was being sexually harassed by a superior and she threaten to actually report him on record so he had Guillen come in on her day off to get her alone and murderer her. Robinson willingly or unwillingly helped him cover it up.

I also think she was killed on the military base and not in a civilian town or city is because the person who killed her knew that if she was killed on the military base then they would be the ones to investigate it so the murderer would have more control over the information that got out. This just strengthens my theory that her murder was planned by the unnamed superior and not David Robinson who had no reason to kill her.

Or yet another example of the media having early reports that were completely made up nonsense.

Simplest explanation is often the correct one.

Why do you say "apparently no reason"? Scumbag prob wanted to rape her or she spurned his advances and he couldn't handle it.

A total of 21 officers and noncommissioned officers are being relieved, receiving General Officer Memorandums of Reprimand, or are being referred for further disciplinary action as a result of both the Fort Hood report released in December, and a new report following an internal Army investigation carried out by Gen. John “Mike” Murray.
[....]
Murray’s report clarified many important details about the Army’s response to Guillén’s disappearance, and identified several points made in last year’s Fort Hood report, including the toxic climate of the 3rd Cavalry Regiment where Guillén was assigned.

The regiment is the “most undisciplined organization I have work[ed] in in my entire career,” one soldier said in Murray’s report. Others lamented a loss of “all faith” in unit leaders and criticized the regiment’s sexual harassment prevention program as “a joke.”

“[W]e have known predators still coming to work as though they’ve never done anything,” one soldier said. “The people who file reports frequently have their lives upended and destroyed due to rank differences.”

Gen. Michael X. Garrett, the head of FORSCOM, relieved five current or former leaders in the 3rd Cavalry Regiment, three of which will receive a General Officer Memorandum of Reprimand. He also referred seven other Fort Hood officers and noncommissioned officers to Lt. Gen. Pat White for further action, and referred an eighth noncommissioned officer to another command for more action. All eight will also receive GOMORs, and one is being notified of relief.

The Army declined to identify the people implicated at the battalion level and below.

LeBouef added on Friday that the several GOMORs being distributed are “initial actions,” and the people receiving them can “respond and provide additional information” which will be reviewed and presented to the authority considering final actions.

“Know that each of these actions — whether it’s a relief for cause, General Officer Memorandum of Record, or a combination of the two — are significantly adverse actions.”

I said that because the military report gave no reason what so ever! You have this unnamed person that Guillen reported for watching her shower naked and asked her for a threesome but she ends up getting murdered by this Robinson guy who had no history with her. Get the fuck out of here!

Robinson was also the subject of sexual harrassment claims from others in his workcenter though. He was a confirmed creep.

And we know from numerous reports that sexual harassment and innappropriate conduct was a systemic problem pervasive across this installation, it's why numerous officials in leadership posn's have been fired/reassigned.

Appears, surprising or not, this installation did in fact have an inordinate amount of scumbags lurking about.

Also, military report is unlikely to make guesses or assumptions, if there was no actual evidence of rape or attempted rape(which is no surprise given the condition of the body after whawt these two monsters did to it), of course the report won't indicate that such things were motivating factors or part of the crime. If there was no official report or complaint that he had been innappropriate with her or harrassed her, that too would not show up....doesn't mean there weren't previous negative encounters involving the two.

Robinson's girlfriend said that the motive for him to kill her was for Guillen seeing a picture of his girlfriend on his phone which the Military disputed and even went as far to say that Robinson had no relationship outside of work with Guillen. This gives me even more reason to doubt that he murdered her and puts a spotlight on the mystery superior guy. Think about it, if a guy will watch a woman shower naked then he has no respect for her personal space and would assault her given the opportunity.

The gf isnt someone i feel is very trustworthy. She could have been seeking to justify or lessen his crimes to some degree by seeking to provide a more understandable motive then "he wanted to rapeh era nd she fought back" or simply "she spurned his advances" or "he always fantasized about killing someone, there was no further motive or reason behind it than that".

WACO, Texas (KTRK) -- After a hearing that lasted almost four hours, a judge in Texas denied a motion requested by Cecily Aguilar, the woman accused of helping dismember and hide the body of Fort Hood Army Specialist Vanessa Guillen, asking that her confession be thrown out.
[....]
In March 2021, she asked a federal judge to toss her confession, saying it was taken illegally. On Wednesday, a judge disagreed, saying she provided the information voluntarily.

According to federal court documents, officers did not read Aguilar her Miranda rights at the start of an interrogation that took place on June 30, 2020. The documents state Aguilar was being questioned about Robinson.

ABC13's Steve Campion was the only Houston reporter at her court appearance in Waco. For the first time, video of Aguilar's conversation with investigators was revealed.

The 22-year-old is seen on camera saying, "I'm ready to get this **** over with" before sitting down to speak with them.

Aguilar's public defenders have not spoken publicly about the case. Eyewitness News also learned that Aguilar told investigators Robinson forced her to participate in the crime saying he held a gun to her head and demanded her to go to the Leon River that evening in April.

Aguilar also claims her phone was taken away and that officers did not tell her anything she said could be held against her in court.
[....]
If convicted, Aguilar faces up to 20 years in prison with a maximum $250,000 fine.

A judge denied a request to suppress the confession of a woman accused of helping kill and dismember Spc. Vanessa Guillén, who was missing for about two months before her remains were found.

U.S. District Judge rejected to toss Cecily Ann Aguilar’s confession after 2.5 hours of testimony Wednesday.

Aguilar, 23, helped Army Spc. Aaron Robinson, 20, of Calumet City, Illinois, kill, dismember and dispose of Guillén’s body in nearby woods.

Robinson killed himself July 1, the day Guillén’s remains were found near the Leon River in Bell County, officials said.

WACO, Texas (KWTX) - A federal judge on Thursday denied a motion to dismiss the eleven count indictment against Cecily Aguilar, the woman charged in connection to the brutal killing of Fort Hood Specialist Vanessa Guillen in 2020.

Aguilar is charged as an accessory after the fact in an 11-count superseding indictment handed up by a Waco federal grand jury. The indictment charges one count of conspiracy to tamper with documents or proceedings; two counts of tampering with documents or proceedings; three counts of accessory after the fact; one count of destruction, alteration or falsification or records in a federal investigation, and four counts of false statement or representation.
[....]
Aguilar’s defense lawyers argued the eleven counts against her were too much, she was being over-charged and the indictment was ambiguous.

The attorneys argued the multiple counts of destroying evidence would hurt their client and had the potential to lead to a biased jury when the case goes to trial.

The multiple counts would also increase a maximum sentence, her attorneys argued.

Aguilar is now awaiting trial after the motion was dismissed.

The family of a Texas soldier who was sexually harassed and killed at a military base near Killeen, Texas in 2020 filed a lawsuit Friday seeking $35 million in damages from the U.S. government.

The family of 20-year-old Vanessa Guillen is seeking damages on the basis of sexual harassment, abuse, assault, rape, sodomy and wrongful death.

An investigation by military officials into the death of Guillen, who was killed by a fellow soldier at U.S. Army base Fort Hood, found that she was also sexually harassed and that leaders failed to take appropriate action. The lawsuit describes two instances in which Guillen was harassed during her time as a soldier and Guillen’s suicidal thoughts as a result of coping with the harassment, which she told family that she did not report for fear of retaliation.
[....]
The lawsuit follows a decision Thursday by a three-judge panel from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco stating that an Army colonel could proceed with a lawsuit against a former Air Force General over a sexual assault allegation. The court found that a law baring service members from seeking damages over injuries during service did not apply.

Texas woman gets 30 years in prison for role in US soldier Vanessa Guillén’s slaying

The Texas woman who helped her then-boyfriend dismember and dispose of US soldier Vanessa Guillén’s body received 30 years in prison after she pleaded guilty for her role in the Army base slaying last year.

Cecily Aguilar, 25, received the maximum sentence for helping Army Specialist Aaron Robinson, 20, hide Guillen’s body in the woods, prosecutors said Monday.

Guillén, 20, was killed at Fort Cavazos, formerly Fort Hood near Killeen, Texas in 2020.

“Ms. Aguilar’s actions were indefensible, and she will now face the maximum penalty for the choices she made.”

Robinson was accused of bludgeoning Guillén to death. He died by suicide after shooting himself on July 1, 2020 – the day after Guillén’s body was found.
