Sydney Compston allegedly stole cash and jewelry from the men. She faced a judge in a Miami-Dade County courtroom Monday on new charges, WPLG reported.

Compston met the victim at Sugar, a rooftop bar and lounge in Brickell, back in August of 2019, according to an arrest affidavit. The two went back to his nearby apartment where he and Compston had a few drinks. He told police he fell into a deep sleep when they went into his bedroom soon after, the report states.

Hours later, the man said he woke up feeling like he had been drugged. Then, he noticed that his Rolex watch and $2,000 in cash had been stolen, according to the report. Compston however, was long gone.

She was able to evade law enforcement for almost two years, according to officials. Earlier this month, she was arrested and charged with grand theft for a different, but similar case.

She bonded out of jail on those charges but was arrested again on Saturday while at a restaurant in Brickell.

Compston also paid her bond on this latest case; however, she has been charged in yet another grand theft case.
