Elizabith Winters Failed To Report 18YO Sexually Abusing 3 Young Children

Elizabith Winters was charged with felony child abuse—grossly negligent omission, misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and misdemeanor failure to report crimes against juveniles.

According to arrest warrants, Winters failed to report repeated sexual assaults against three young children in a home, and the suspect in the sexual assault case is 18 years old or older.

Warrants also allege Winters showed reckless disregard for human life by allowing the abuse to continue.
