Police allegedly then found the boy suffering multiple stab wounds in Janzow's four-wheel-drive ute and he was rushed to the Women's and Children's Hospital.

The boy died at the hospital as a result of his injuries.

'We're fairly confident the actual vehicle was the actual crime scene,'

I don't think he can claim insanity. I don't know what happened to set him off. He is the only one that knows and I guess he won't say. I wish he had successfully committed suicide before killing the boy.

So he stabbed the boy? If he really believed he was lovingly saving his son from the agony of mental illness, why not kill him in a gentler way? IDK, seems so full of rage. I'm trying not to think or feel about this baby's final moments.

David Janzow used a hunting knife to stab his son Luca, who later died in hospital, in his ute in July 2014 and then drove to Athelstone in Adelaide's north-eastern suburbs where he alerted a police patrol.
