I can't believe she put him outside after she did this horrific act - have you read the text messages she sent - I can't post the copy of them from the Facebook page/Instagram as I have no idea how to on this site from an iPhone

She's a cruel evil heartless cunt but I'm glad to say stupid too , as those texts bragging and threatening about the beating she gave the baby and throwing him outside show admittance and guilt which can be used .

She's evil , those texts prove she did it without the Father and to get at the father and the video also shows the truth, that baby needs to be somewhere safe and never around this bitch again and I hope everyone that knows her beats her arse and shuts her out in the cold night with no excuses , as she's guilty as fuck.

Ps - I bet if it is hair down that toilet then the little bubba may have threw her weave down the toilet like unattended toddlers do , that probably was more important to her than anything .

My compter wouldn't let me watch the video and after seeing his pictures I think that I'm very glad for that.

I might be the only one but after seeing the pictures of their son I was hoping that his arrest warrant was for smacking his ex, DV is bad, very bad but I think seeing that your ex has done that to your child should buy you a free shot. Fair is fair, she picked on someone smaller so someone bigger should get to pick on her.

She should also be charged with hindering an investigation...based on her lies about the father causing these injuries to the baby. Thankful the dad thought to turn on video and tape the incident or he'd have no leg to stand on. This video was real. It wasn't made up. She deserved to be hit. I hope that charge against him is dismissed. I don't think anyone could find their child like this little boy was...and not react in such a manner or worse. It was an emotional off the cuff response. This mother has no soul. She is dead inside. She is evil. Put her away.

Where did you guys read those texts? I want to see! What @Forensicwx transcribed is HORRIBLE. That fucking bitch. I hope he gave her a concussion when he hit her. She deserves so much more than that. What a cunt.

Unfortunately...investigations take time. I believe at first they didn't know who to believe. I am optimistic that the father in this case will have charges against him dropped as the investigation continues. I can't see any judge or jury convicting this man. I wouldn't if I was on the jury. I'd call her getting slapped...Karma at its finest! She is lucky she didn't get her azz beat down!

The baby didnt deserve to see mom and dad fight either. Or to listen to it continue whiles he's hurt and scared in a car seat. I think the charges are fair against him.

He was getting proof. This trick said he dropped a TV on the baby and thats why he was all beat to shit. If he hasn't taped her he'd probably been the one to get charged in the end, and this poor baby would end up back with his beast of a mother.

I've got to admit, the whole way through the video I want to scream at him, "Get that child to a hospital!!! Call the cops on this bitch later!!" -- but, I can totally understand his rage, in fact I'm amazed at how much he was able to keep it together once she finally let him inside. It's great that he got the video, we can only hope it doesn't get thrown out of court for one reason or another.

I hope and pray that this monster will NEVER be allowed within 1000 feet of her son, ever again. No supervised visitation, nothing. She wanted that baby DEAD. She would do it again, no doubt in my mind.

As for dad, when he gets his day in court I hope the judge takes the circumstances into consideration. We can't just flat out give him a pass, domestic violence is out of control, if one person is excused for their behavior it will snowball quickly.
 
I don't know, I think this guy should get a pass. If anyone that he didn't know did this to his baby his outburst wouldn't even be questioned.

There should be a LOT of leniency for acting the way a human would act.

Idk maybe some parenting classes for him. I know I wouldn't have stopped at one of whatever he did.
 
Maybe he will qualify for an intervention program that would give him some therapy and parenting classes. Especially if he is going to become the full time single dad. The egg donor needs to be restrained while all her hair weaves are set on fire and thrown in the trash. We know she cared more fore it than the baby.

That man was obviously distraught when he saw his son. Take it to a jury and let them decide if what he did was under great emotional stress or what ever term it might be. I was also saying, "get the baby to the hospital" while he was yelling at the egg donor but in that circumstance who wouldn't want to try to get some answers? Kill that fucking bitch....send her to hell.
 
I have said before, I wish I was the type of mother who loved her kids enough to be able to control myself in situations where my kids are hurt... I am not, I would flip if this was my kid and no amount of rational thinking could stop me, I would be completely emotion driven. I wouldn't be able to help it. I would have beat the bitch:hurting:.
