The FBI had their suspicions of Berry and kept tabs on his IP address. They had conducted keyboard searches. When they had their evidence they were provided with a search warrant.
When they got to his house he didn't seem all that surprised. In fact he said, "this is about child pornography." At least he knew why they were there. But really, you moron, you don't just flat out say it. That shit can be used against you. Thank goodness for stupid people.
The the brilliance continues. As he went ahead and told the detectives where they could find his stash. He told them, "all we need to take is the thumb drive in the garage that has child pornography on it. It is above the computer in the garage." Thank you for being so super helpful, you sick fuck.
On that thumb drive they found 114 video and 4 pictures. As of right now he is sitting in jail on a $200,000 bond.
