According to the criminal complaint, on Jan. 4, Loudermilk was sleeping with the 1-month-old infant in a bassinet next to him. The documents allege when the child was checked on a little while later, she was unresponsive.

The child was taken to an Omaha hospital, where doctors discovered she had severe head trauma. Doctors say it was most likely from impact or shaking. The baby ultimately died from her injuries.

The criminal complaint says the child was under the care of Loudermilk when the fatal injuries occurred.

If the mother of this poor baby knew this, why did she let him anywhere near this baby, or really let herself get pregnant with this man who like to beat on children? If she knew, sent her up river too, she deserves it.

But she'll say he changed and wouldn't do that again, well honey I"m here to tell you they don't change, he likes beating on babies and will continue until he is stopped.

People are saying she did not know...But since there is an article she could have looked.

I will say the people like his parents or siblings could and should have warned her.

But like most women she would probably believe what he says or thinks her and her child would be special to this man.

Iowa also appears to be one of those states that like to protect their criminals...
 
They should be doing background checks! In a lot of the cases here, it would have been their best bargain, life saving!! I just don’t understand how these folks think?? Do they think that no one will notice the injuries? Do they think 10 minutes ahead?? Apparently not!! What kind of force does it take to break a clavicle??

I did do a background check. Only thing that I knew is that he had a child endangerment charge, I asked him about it and checked iowa courts, but of course like anybody who doesn't want the truth to come out, he lied about what happened with the other child. I also confided in some other people that are close to me my family members on their opinion on whether I should, continue with him. Had I actually came across the article telling me what he did in time, that he did to the last child I would never have even got in a relationship with him. I tried to google things about what happened and they did not come up until it was too late. And it's wild that everybody saw that I was in a relationship with him but they couldn't reach out to me telling me what a piece of sh*t he is. I don't take child abuse lightly at all. I don't even spank my child. I have a 5 year old son which, by the way, I have sole custody of, make that make sense. He's never even had to go to the hospital while he's been in my care.

I was so excited for my son to be a big brother and all I've ever wanted was a daughter I finally had her and he took her away from me. I will get JUSTICE for my daughter! He's a piece of sh*t who doesn't deserve anything in life, he deserves to rot in hell. The truth will come out. I am not standing behind the scumbag whatsoever, what happened to my daughter, she did not deserve that and he'll have to live with that on his conscience forever that he and unalived his own daughter. After this is all over, I am changing her name to my last name. His last name's not even on the tombstone because I do not want us be associated with him at all. The only mistake I made was getting involved with a piece of s*** like him and not doing more research. I did what I needed to do. The Atlantic hospital failed her, but that's a whole different other topic. I did what I needed to do as a Mom. You were not there, nor was anybody else! So stop sspreading lies that you have no idea about. Everyone who's saying stuff that I had something to do with it and or that I knew I didn't so you can shove that up your a** instead, have some sympathy for someone who lost their child at the hands of a monster. Stop pointing the finger at the victims, instead, point the finger at the person who committed the crime. Not that I have to explain too miserable ass people like you. I pray you never have to go through anything like i'm going through.

I did conduct a background check and addressed the limited information that was publicly available at the time. I was lied to, and critical details did not surface until later. Had I known then what is known now, I would never have been involved.

I have sole custody of my living child, who has never been harmed while in my care. I do not take child abuse lightly in any capacity.

I love my daughter deeply, and I will always advocate for her. JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED

I've cooperated and am cooperating fully with authorities and pursuing justice for my daughter. I will not engage further with misinformation or speculation. Stop targeting a grieving parent and allow the proper process to continue.

I suggest you stop going on the internet then.

If and when the case is resolved it will updated whether he is a baby killing bastard or just an innocent bystander to a killer bassinet.
