Ok, there has been a murder around West 98th on Clevelands' lower west side. Cleveland police have confirmed a murder at the intersection of West 98th and I-90. The victim crashed the vehicle into the bridge overpass. Bullet holes riddled the passenger side of the person’s SUV. That's basically all the information that has been released.

Ok I might have over thought this, but you have to take in population size. New York is 3.5 times the size of Chicago and 14.4 times the size of Baltimore. New York first murder was 70 minutes into the new year, Chicago's was 180 minutes, and Baltimore's was 255 minutes. If Chicago and Baltimore had the same population size as New York, and the level of violence grew proportionally, the times below is when they have seen their first murder.
