Autumn Rose, 23, has been charged after being accused of strangling and assaulting her infant son.
An investigation found Rose had restricted the child’s breathing (leaving the child unresponsive) and seriously injured him (breaking arm), deputies said.
The infant has since been released from the hospital and is still recovering from his injuries, according to deputies.
Rose's charges include second-degree strangulation, second-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child, she is being held on $20,000 bail and $50,000 bond.
