My husband died last year in a road accident. Now me and my daughter (8 Years old) lives together in an apartment in Montreal. I suspect my daughter is sexualy abused by my neighbor. I warned her many times on this. But she is too young to follow what i mean. I am very much confused in dealing with this situation. Hence i am living alone and i am in panic too.

Guide me how to deal with this? Should i inform cops or handle this with good criminal defense lawyer?
I need relevant information so that i could move forward .

Here is another vote for the police.

A criminal defense lawyer will do you, as the victim, absolutely no good. Their role in the criminal justice system is getting their clients, those accused of crimes, found not guilty of the charged crime. The role of the police is to gather and classify the evidence against the accused. And that is what needs to be done right now.

A word of advice: leave the bastard alone. Do not harass him, taunt him, try to bait him into your home, injure him, or kill him. This will leave you the subject of a police investigation and in need of a criminal defense lawyer. Should you choose to disregard this advice and bring harm to the bastard, I would further advise seeking legal counsel from a law firm other than Motevalli Law Group. By appearances, their financials are so bad they need to steal bandwidth from a true-crime discussion forum, instead of buying advertising, to get their name before the world. If they were good at what they did their financials would be able to support an advertising buy.
