Charlotte Woman Arrested After Recording Sexual Assault Of 4YO Girl

24-year-old Rhonna Jasmiya Horton is facing multiple charges after allegedly engaging in and recording sex acts with a 4-year-old girl, Mecklenburg County court records show.

Warrants state Horton participated in the “lewd and lascivious” acts for the purpose of “arousing and gratifying sexual desire.” The warrants said some of the acts were caught on video.

Jail records show she was arrested last week.
