i have found the judge math according to some cases. take the childs age, add how many years until they are a legal adult and that is the sentence.
exp...kill kid at 5, serve 13 years. all i can think is that she had a lawyer that helped lessen the math. but it seems pretty common.

I think the out on bond article was published before the guilty plea. After admitting guilty you pretty much go directly to jail and do not collect $200.

She is out on bond until her sentencing in February. I think she... I mean, her defenders... are busy with a pity party until then.

aboveit, I truly hope you never breed. If someone gets drunk enough to fuck you and a kid results, I hope you remember that babies can't breath through pillows. Although the world does not need any more stupid folk, I do feel for the babies that die or are abused due to someone's selfishness.
