Mr. Archie was arrested on July 30 after a 16-year-old student said she had sexual intercourse and oral sex with him between February and March of this year at his Plano home and in a vehicle in Richardson.

Another student came forward days later and told police she began having a relationship with Mr. Archie in May 2007 when she was 15, police said. The girl told police she had sex with Mr. Archie in his school office and engaged in oral sex more than 30 times at his Plano home, according to an arrest affidavit.

He faces four counts of having an improper relationship between an educator and student. If convicted, he faces two to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000 on each count.
