Raven S. Bragg, of Chattanooga, reportedly opened fired on a purple Honda Accord in front a residence at 708 West 47th Street. She was arrested Tuesday.

One of the women sustained a gunshot wound to her knee and was taken to a hospital on Feb. 24.

The five women told police they were on their way to the residence to attend a cookout when Bragg opened fire, according to the report.
