A school aide in Arizona was accused of forming a sexual relationship with an eighth-grade student and sending him pictures of positive pregnancy tests.
According to court records obtained by AZ Family, 22-year-old teacher's aide Jessenia Rodriguez was arrested after the stepmother of a 15-year-old student at Sun Valley Academy discovered evidence on the teenager's phone of a sexual relationship between him and Rodriguez.
The teenager allegedly told authorities that the relationship started after the pair flirted during recess and he got her number. Rodriguez would call the student on Facetime, and during one instance her child was in the room with her, according to court paperwork.
The teenager said that the pair had sex three times, the first time being at his family's home. He told police that he did not wear a condom and that he purchased a Plan B pill for her afterwards. Despite this, Rodriguez contacted the student roughly two weeks later and sent him pictures of positive pregnancy tests.

The teenager told police that the pair had sex two more times, the third time taking place on a park bench. Rodriguez reportedly told the student not to tell anyone about their relationship.
