Not a drug on this planet would turn a normal person into someone who drugs and then facilitates the rape and murder of her own child.

I simply don't believe it. Something is wrong in the heart of a person capable of something like this.

We will never know the truth of what happened to Victoria because the mom was so out of it on drugs she was unable to acknowledge the danger she put her daughter in.

I think Jessica was trading Victoria for drugs and/or money and the person killed the child. Jessica being more concerned for her own life and safety convinced Fabian in trying to get rid of Victoria's body all while mom was too drugged out to know what was going on.
