Anna Bencosme Duct-Taped Her Unruly Children's Mouths & Noses Because They Were Annoying her

On that day at about 3:20 p.m., Anna Bencosme was parked in the back parking lot of the Wayne County Justice Center in Monticello, Kentucky, authorities state. Someone called 911 saying she was "screaming" and "yanking on a child."

Deputies and officers with the Monticello Police Department responded, and as Bencosme's vehicle started pulling out of the lot, Sheriff Tim Catron and two deputies pulled her over.

Inside the vehicle, a deputy "located four children with two of them having duct tape being placed across their mouths and nose areas," the sheriff's office stated, noting that the deputy "immediately removed the duct tape from the children."

The law enforcement officers interviewed the mother — during which she allegedly "stated it was her children and she could discipline her children however she wanted and this act was routinely done."

The sheriff's office said the investigation is ongoing. State child protection workers were also contacted and they opened up an investigation "into all the children's wellbeing."

This isn't a new story for anyone, our Mom used to put Goody brand hair tape over our mouths when we got out of control bad, which wasn't often for three of the four of us. My sister got it the worst, because she had the most explosive personality/mouth out of all of us. It was tape so thin that it was MADE to go on hair, hell, I don't think you could stick two pieces of paper together with it, it was that frail and weak. Sis has NEVER forgiven Mom for it. I don't get it, she didn't prevent Sis from breathing, all she had to do to break the seal was smile FFS. It was basically low tack rice paper. I don't get why she's still so bothered by it and I don't get why the psycho in this story would cover the children's noses too. That right there is some sick shit, not what we went through. The only reason my brothers ever got mad was because Mom made them wear "girl's tape". To me personally, it was a painless way to make a point. I learned right quick and in a hurry to keep my mouth shut when Mom was in a bad mood!

This bitch, she needs to fry. She covered their mouths AND noses, and it was high tack DUCT TAPE. That shit can ruin skin! And why isn't this attempted murder?
