An infant's death at Tender Years day care has led to the arrest of one of their employees.
Versa Mae Simmons, 68, was arrested after video footage was obtained and interviews with employees were conducted.
Neither the cause of death nor other information was released due to the ongoing investigation. The victim’s name was also not released.
