A 58-year-old man died Thursday after someone shot him multiple times in East Akron.
The victim’s name has not been publicly released, pending family notifications.
Police responded around noon Thursday after someone called 911 about a man injured at an auto shop on the 600 block of South Arlington Street. Officers found the victim inside an unspecified vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds, police said. He died at the scene.
Police have not released additional information about the investigation.
