A Michigan mother and her boyfriend are behind bars after being charged for abusing the woman's 4-year-old daughter.
Police were made aware of the case after the child was taken to the hospital with a broken left leg and a broken right arm with different stages of healing.
The couple, 26-year-old Kimberly Ann McGarry and 29-year-old Cleyde Murillo of Rochester Hills, have both been arraigned and are in the Oakland County Jail.
Police say McGarry has two other children, a 6-year-old daughter and a 9-year-old son. Both are now living with their biological father.

The mother said her daughter had fallen down the steps two weeks earlier.
Doctors later notified CPS as the injuries were not consistent with McGarry’s statement.
Officials said McGarry later gave conflicting versions to detectives about how the injuries happened.
McGarry confirmed during an interview that the injury took place on Nov. 15, and neither she nor Murillo provided any medical attention for the 4-year-old girl, potentially causing permanent injury to her.
