".. around 3:40 p.m., a white Mercedes sedan sped past the crime scene and turned east onto Del Norte Street, where it promptly ran into a parked vehicle, Goff reports.

“Lots of neighbors came out of their homes and confronted the man, who used a racial epithet towards one of the bystanders,” he tells us. Residents surrounded the man, pulling him to the ground. One woman informed him that this was a citizen’s arrest."

I had someone hit my parked jeep and try to run, it was night and I was sleeping. The crash noise woke me up, I chased them down in my underwear screaming I was going to beat their ass when I caught them. My neighbors realized I had it under control and went back in their houses to give me privacy. His car wouldn't go fast cause a tire was pushed back into the body, I caught up to the guy and reached in and turned the ignition off, threw the keys away from the car.
