13-Year-Old Boy Arrested For Robbery, Sexual Assault Of Elderly Woman

Milwaukee police tell us a 13-year-old boy has been arrested as the suspect in a robbery and sexual assault of an elderly woman.

A department spokesperson says a 75-year-old woman was the victim of a sexual assault and robbery that day. They say she was assaulted in her own home.

During the investigation, police spotted the 13-year-old suspectbehind the wheel of a car in the area and a police pursuit began.

The police chase ended with the suspect crashing into an apartment building.

The department says the 13-year-old is in police custody and authorities are investigating the circumstances leading up to and after the assault.

I can pretty much guarantee you he does not have parents... Either this is the victim's car, a random car he stole off the street, or the victim is Grandma and he stole her car. There's a very pricy private university in that neighborhood and, judging by the bumper stickers and type of car, I think the car probably came from there. It's an interesting area because it's basically: moderate sized university, surrounded by a 1 block radius of typical college neighborhood, surrounded by reaaaally bad neighborhood.

Also, agree he should be charged as an adult... The circumstances of the case point to unredeemable psychopath, not juvenile mischief.
