A mother and stepfather in Oklahoma have been arrested for allegedly allowing their 11-year-old daughter to get pregnant and give birth inside of their family home with no medical personnel present.
The victim is the oldest of six children who lived in the home with Dustin and Cherie Walker but have since been removed, Tulsa NBC affiliate KJRH reported.
While authorities have not released many details about the circumstances surrounding the child's pregnancy, a reporter at the station spoke to the victim's grandmother about the ordeal, who denied that the family knew anything was amiss.

"I just want people to know, we did not know this was happening. None of us," the grandmother, who identified herself only as "Michelle," said. "They've made my daughter and my son-in-law a monster. They are not. They love those children. They love them."
Michelle also provided a possible explanation for the juvenile's pregnancy.

"She [the victim] keeps telling us that it was a little 12-year-old that I used to keep — that I used to babysit," she told the station. "She keeps telling everybody that it was him. They got curious. That's all I know."
A neighbor told KJRH that the Walker home was kept in a deplorable state, lacking running water for about two or three years despite having six children and multiple dogs and cats in the house. The neighbor also said that she had made several calls to local law enforcement authorities regarding the welfare of the children in the home, adding that she did not believe the family's claim that they were unaware of the 11-year-old's pregnancy.
Muskogee County Assistant District Attorney Janet Hutson spoke to Tulsa CBS affiliate KOTV about the case, calling it heartbreaking. The prosecutor also implied that she did not believe the family's claim that they were unaware of the pregnancy, emphasizing that while the victim was "rather petite," her baby was a "normal-sized infant."

"This child is traumatized," Hutson told the station. "She's been through a horrific ordeal. I mean, not only has somebody gotten her pregnant, but she gave birth at home without medical assistance, and this will be her life for the rest of her life."
The prosecutor noted that a doctor or school personnel would have typically reported the child's condition to authorities, but said the parents had intentionally kept the 11-year-old out of school and had not taken her to see a doctor in over a year.

Hutson said she expects additional charges to be filed against the parents, but prosecutors are waiting on the results of a DNA paternity test, which should come back within about two weeks, before making any final decisions on that front.

Ugh. My money is on the stepdad. The baby is definitely his.

Around 2005 we had two pregnant 4th graders at my school—not at the same time. The PE coach sent one of them to the office because she felt like the girl’s belly was getting bigger and didn’t look right. The school nurse could feel the baby moving. The girl had never had her cycle—got pregnant on her first ovulation.

If I recall—the father of one was the girl’s uncle, and the father of the other was a friend of the family. One family gave the baby up for adoption and the other kept the baby and raised it. The “babies” should be about 20 now.

I'll bet they didn't know, it's just a coincidence that she was taken out of school and hasn't seen a doctor in about a year. They knew and were hiding it, because the baby is most likely the stepdad's. But now that they have a baby, DNA is going to be easy to obtain.

Dustin Walker, 34, and Cherie Walker, 33, were arrested last week and originally charged with one count of felony child neglect each after the child gave birth to a full-term baby at home on Aug. 16, court records show. The parents initially claimed they did not know the child was pregnant, and the child had not been to the doctor in over a year.

The charges against the couple were amended on Monday after DNA test results revealed that the stepfather was a 99.9% DNA match for the baby's father, according to the test shared with NBC News by the Muskogee County District Attorney's Office.

Dustin Walker is accused of sexually abusing the child, who was 11 years old at the time, on or between Jan. 1 to Aug. 16, resulting in her giving birth to his child, court documents show. The child's mother, Cherie Walker, was charged with enabling child sexual abuse.
The couple were also charged with six counts of felony child neglect, including for failing to provide the 11-year-old adequate medical care and supervision when she gave birth at home, per court documents. The remaining five counts of child neglect are for allegedly neglecting the five children that they share, aged 2, 4, 6, 7 and 9, on or between Jan. 1 and Aug. 16. The children were "living in deplorable conditions," according to the documents.
The children were removed from the home on Tuesday, per court records.

"The victims were found to be living in dog feces and had no clothing on," court documents state.

I hope the other children have been interviewed to see if they have experienced any type of sexual abuse.

Her nose is really unfortunate.

Please don;t let grandma get the kids.
Let us pray that this poor excuse for a human doesn't have any further contact with this kids. Nothing grand about her! She has grand piece of her fucking brand missing! No way an 11 year old is pregnant and not even the grandma knows.... I know if my grand daughter has new scrape or if she changed her toe polish. As a grandparent, we notice every little detail of our babies. If something is off my child will answer for it!

Well the 11 year old's baby will soon have an aunt or uncle smfh
UPDATE: I'VE CONFIRMED CHERIE WALKER IS PREGNANT, EXPECTED TO GIVE BIRTH ANY TIME.
NOTE: I’ve updated the story of the 11 year old that gave birth at home last week.
-The DNA test results are in and prosecutors say Dustin Walker is the father of the 11 year old's baby.
-Prosecutors have added charges against him for sexual abuse of a minor and charges against Cherie Walker for permitting sexual abuse and new child neglect charges against both of them, covering the other children in the home that are 9, 7, 6, 4 and 2 years old.
NOTE: IF THERE IS A RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN A SEX ABUSE VICTIM AND THE ABUSER, WE NEVER REPORT IT, AS A WAY TO PROTECT THE VICTIM'S IDENTITY AND MINIMIZE HARM--SO DON'T ADD IT TO COMMENTS!
-Facebook won't let me post the link to the story on newson6.com so I've copied and pasted the story here;
MUSKOGEE, Okla. -
A Muskogee County couple, previously charged with child neglect after a young child in their care gave birth at home without medical care, now faces additional allegations, including sexual abuse and further neglect.
Dustin Walker is now charged with sexual abuse of a minor, while Cherie Walker faces charges of enabling child sexual abuse. Prosecutors have also added further counts of child neglect, covering both the childbirth case and the child's siblings in their care.
This comes after a DNA test confirmed Dustin was the father of the child.
The couple initially faced neglect charges after the 11-year-old had not seen a doctor in over a year and gave birth at home, authorities said. Assistant District Attorney Janet Hutson said the adults claimed they were unaware of the child's pregnancy and described her as “rather petite,” while adding the infant was of normal size.
“This child is traumatized,” Hutson told News On 6. “She's been through a horrific ordeal. Not only has somebody gotten her pregnant, but she gave birth at home without medical assistance, and this will be her life for the rest of her life.”
Hutson said that doctors, nurses, or teachers typically notice these cases and report them, but since the child was not in school or may have been homeschooled, the pregnancy went unnoticed.
The Muskogee County DA urged the public to report suspicions of abuse to law enforcement, the Department of Human Services, or the district attorney’s office.
The couple remains jailed on a $100,000 bond, and Hutson said more charges may be filed as the investigation continues.
-These remain charges, not convictions.

Seems the only thing that stepdick did was fuck, he doesn't have time for anything else, like cleaning the filthy house or keeping himself busy doing anything other than making babies that he will never care for cause he's going to jail for raping his stepdaughter. Yeah I do wonder what Grandma has to say now that there's proof he's a baby raping monster and mom's busy either helping him or looking the other way.

A woman in connection with an 11-year-old girl who recently gave birth has been arrested on six counts of child neglect, according to arrest records.

Michelle Justus was booked into the Muskogee County Jail on Friday. Authorities said the charges relate to all the children in her care, including the 11-year-old. The arrest affidavit states Justus failed to report the child’s pregnancy.
Court documents reveal Justus witnessed the 11-year-old on the day she gave birth but disregarded informing authorities.

A 35-year-old man in Oklahoma is facing decades in prison for abusing and neglecting his 11-year-old stepdaughter, who was impregnated and gave birth inside the family's home where she had "no medical care."
Dustin Joel Walker on Friday pleaded guilty to six counts of child neglect and one count of sexual abuse of a child under 12, court records show.

Walker entered a "blind plea," meaning there was no agreement with prosecutors and his sentence will be left entirely to the discretion of the presiding judge. The categories of crimes to which he pleaded also require that Walker complete at least 85% of his prison sentence before he is eligible for parole.
The victim's biological mother, Cherie Walker, and her maternal grandmother, Michelle Justus, have also been arrested and face charges in connection with the abuse suffered by the child.

Assistant District Attorney Janet Hutson said DNA testing showed a "99% certainty" that Walker is the infant's father and expressed hope that the plea would lead to significant prison time, according to a report from Tulsa NBC affiliate KJRH.
