Harriet Mooney Howe, 75.

"A Forrest County woman has been charged with murder in relation to the 2018 death of her husband.

75-year-old Harriet Mooney Howe is currently incarcerated in the Forrest County Adult Detention Center on a one million dollar bond after being formally charged by Forrest County investigators with first-degree murder.

Mrs. Howe is accused of killing her husband, George Howe, in April of 2018, at their marital home in the Dixie community.

FCSO investigators never closed the investigation into George Howe’s death, and their resolve to find answers, even after five years, never wavered.

Thanks to advancements in digital forensics and the continued efforts of FCSO investigators, key evidence was finally uncovered that lead to the arrest of Harriet. "

I wonder what it was?

Interesting choice there.

Gunshot wounds to the head are far more likely than gunshot wounds to the chest in suicides (3 times more, in fact).

Extremely curious as to what is contained in the DVR. Did she record it intentionally? Was there security footage?
I'd like to know too! Hopefully it will come out at the trial.

Wow, gunshot to the chest!
Maybe she should have went for the poison!
Poison used to be the feminine way of killing someone, especially well-to-do husbands with fat life insurance policies. Arsenic, in the form of various pesticides, was much easier to come by and required no ID to purchase. Harriet doesn't want to be bound by such antiquated notions!

I wonder how far they had to dig down to find her?

Gollum is healthier looking than this poor woman, at least he's got some teeth.
Reminds me of Dorothy Parker's reaction when she learned that President Calvin Coolidge had died: "How can they tell?" When Harriet really does kick, will anyone notice?
