A Michigan woman is accused of strangling and biting off her friend's ear and then telling police she was playing a wolf and her victim a vampire.

Allison Thompson Weaver, 44, was found partially nude and covered in blood along with her 48-year-old female friend last month in an Oakland County apartment.

When officers arrived, they found the victim with a partially detached ear, puncture wounds from nails and bruising around her neck and arms, according to WTAE.

'Ms. Weaver told me that they were having consensual sex and that [the victim] was a vampire and that Ms. Weaver was the wolf,' responding officer Deputy Shawn Hopkins testified.

Police responded to a call from a neighbor in the apartment below reporting two women fighting and one moaning and calling for help in the early hours of September 17.

Officers entered the apartment through an unlocked door and found Weaver hovering over the unnamed victim in the master bedroom, both covered in blood.

The victim had several bite marks on her face and her ear was partially bitten off.

'They saw the two women covered in blood,' said Sgt. Jason Dalbec, of the Oakland County Sheriff's Office. 'One was lying on the floor. Another was kneeling next to her, and they're both in this dazed and confused [state].'

Hopkins said the victim denied the alleged attack was part of consensual sex.

'She said no. Based on the injuries, the blood, we weren't sure exactly what we had at the point,' Hopkins said. '[Weaver]was taken into custody and removed from the room to protect any further happening.'

The victim testified that Weaver attacked her while she was sleeping.

'I remember her strangling me. The next thing I remember is trying to get away and hearing her, as clear as day, with no reflection in her tone, just saying, ''Sorry [name], but you're gonna have to die today,''' the victim said.

'I just started screaming bloody murder and banging on the floor, [saying], ''No, no, no. I can't believe I'm going to die like this. Someone come and please help, help, help.'''

A Michigan woman charged with biting a friend’s ear off and sadistically biting her face appeared at a preliminary hearing on Tuesday where a fourth felony was added to her charges, ClickOnDetroit reported.

Deputies found Allison Thompson Weaver, 44, and a 48-year-old woman nude and covered in blood when they arrived on September 17, alerted by a neighbor who heard them fighting and one call for help, according to the Oakland Press.

Weaver was charged second-degree criminal sexual conduct, assault with intent to do great bodily harm, and assault with intent to maim in September. During the hearing on Tuesday, prosecutors added a fourth charge, assault by strangulation.

Oakland County Deputy Shawn Hopkins told the court Tuesday that Weaver appeared happy when he arrived on the scene but the other woman, who is not being identified, “may have been in shock.”

“Ms. Weaver told me that they were having consensual sex and that (the victim) was a vampire and that Ms. Weaver was the wolf,” said Hopkins, who said the full extent of the woman’s injuries weren’t clear until she was at the hospital.

“She had so much blood on her it was hard to see,” Hopkins said. “Her right cheek and eye were swollen pretty bad. She had a lot of blood on her everywhere.”

The victim denied the two were having consensual sex and testified that Weaver, whom she had known for about 12 years, had come over for drinks.

“[Weaver] came over to give me a hug because we hadn’t seen each other in a long time, and that’s when she proceeded to kiss me,” she testified. “She kissed me with an open mouth kiss and my reaction was to just kind of laugh and brush it off and stop it.”

The two women sat talking for a while, until the victim decided to go to bed. She was startled awake.

“(I remember) jumping off my bed and seeing Allison on all fours on my bed and me standing there and she was on all fours giving me a really scary look,” she said. “I was, like, ‘Allison, Allison, what are you doing?’ She just kept giving me this look with her head going back and forth. I was, like, ‘What are you doing?’ She just lunged at me, and she just started strangling me.”

She testified she didn’t remember much after that, other than Weaver telling her “Sorry (name), but you’re gonna have to die today.”

Police, who said they suspected drugs and/or alcohol intoxication, took Weaver into custody when they arrived and transported her to a hospital for detox and a medical evaluation. The victim was also transported to a hospital, where she was treated for multiple bite wounds all over her body.

If she really acted like a wolf, she would be in a pack perhaps bearing annual offspring, scavenging dead things, hunting in a pack with a very low success ratio, and digging rats nests and other treasures. Finally dying of starvation some winter, weakened by parasites.

A few years back, I was going to watch my god kids for several days while their parents were out of town. The girl was 9 at the time, very petite, and she was really, really into wolves. I get a call from Dad that she has been suspended from school for the day, and an aunt will pick her up and bring her home. Auntie and goddaughter come in the door, and auntie sends her straight to her room, then comes to show me the paperwork from the school. Auntie is dismayed and shocked by this "horrible behavior". I'm trying to read the paperwork to find out what she is accused of.

Turns out a much bigger boy kept bothering her, so she got in a fight with him and won. When she had him down on the ground, she raised her leg over him, pretended to urinate, and announced "there, now I've marked you as mine!"

I thought this was awesome and pretty hilarious. It was all I could do not to burst out laughing, but I managed to keep a straight face in front of auntie. After auntie left, I asked GD what happened, and she said the boy had been bothering her for a few weeks, and she had told teachers, but nothing was done. I still say, good for her, if authorities won't help, sometimes you have to help yourself.

Auntie needs to get over it. She's got the most bad-ass niece in the state.

And that boy probably never messed with *anyone* after that.

The victim of a Rochester Hills woman who bit and strangled her while pretending to be a wolf likened the attack to a “horror movie,” saying she woke up in her bed to find the “cannibalistic rapist” in an animal-like crawling position, naked, and ready to pounce.

Before the judge handed out Allison Thompson Weaver, 47, sentence, she heard from the victim of the attack, who delivered an emotional impact statement, saying she’ll have to deal with physical and emotional pain for the rest of her life.
“On Sept. 16, 2019, my life changed forever. I let Allison Thompson Weaver in my home, and in return, she tried to kill me. If the police hadn’t shown up when they did, from neighbors calling 9-1-1, I wouldn’t be here today.

“I have some memories of the attack that night, like bits and pieces of a horror movie. First, of waking up in my own bed to find her in some animal-like crawling position, naked, ready to pounce on me. Her strangling me, the expression on her face, until I was unconscious. The extreme pain I felt as I regained consciousness and could not move from being raped, beaten, and literally eaten alive from head to toe.

“I knew in my head what was happening to me, and I couldn’t do a thing about it. Then she whispered the words, ‘You have to die.’ I begged her, ‘I’ll do anything you want.’ But she laughed and replied, ‘It’s too late,’ and began strangling me again, a second time. This time, I saw my loved ones flash before my eyes. I saw a bright light, and I saw the end of my life. That’s all I remember until the hospital.

“I do remember seeing pure evil in her eyes, though, and I truly believe nothing can save her. Every hour of every day I deal with excruciating pain because of what she did to me and the countless bite wounds, including my breasts and vagina. I have permanent nerve damage all over my face and body.

“She bit off my ear and literally consumed parts of me, like my cheek, for instance. The pain in my neck, shoulder, and back, even with physical therapy, is only getting worse. I have been trying to avoid more surgeries, if possible, than I’ve already had.

“Talking about this does not fully express my emotions. The hundreds of pictures of what she did to me are absolutely horrendous and disgusting to look at. I am unrecognizable in those photos, and they just begin to show what this cannibalistic rapist put me through, all the while with a smile on her face.

“I’m learning to live with the pain and countless scars, as well as the countless stares I receive, but what is scaring me is the nonstop visions of her demon eyes killing me and the fact that she will try to do this again someday.

“No one knows why she chose me to be her victim that night. The doctors at the hospital said it was nothing short of a miracle that I survived that attack that night.

“In closing, I don’t think it’s fair that she has taken so much away from me that I can never get back. She stole a part of me and she broke a part of me. She took away my sense of safety and trust, and so much more. Everything that this thing has done to me deserves more than 10-15 years behind bars. I will be living with these problems, pains, damages, and fears for the rest of my life.”
Oakland County Judge Nanci Grant offered Weaver a chance to address the court after the victim impact statement.

“I would like to apologize to the victim and her family, and also to my family, as well,” Weaver said. “I do feel really, really horrible about what happened. I wish I could take it away.”
Weaver was sentenced to 10-15 years in the Michigan Department of Corrections. She must also register as a sex offender.
