Stranger With Candy Kissed A 5-Year-Old On Her Lips In A Florida Publix

Using a bag of M&Ms, a Brooklyn man lured a fellow Publix shopper’s 5-year-old girl to him and kissed her on the lips, Sunny Isles Beach police say.

What sounds like an anecdote meant to emphasize the old parental warning about avoiding strangers with candy allegedly happened at a Publix.

Fariz Feyzullayev, 43, has been charged with child abuse without great harm.

According to an arrest report, after the girl’s mother saw the five-foot-eigh8, 215-pound, goateed Feyzullayev kiss her daughter, she yelled and he grabbed his groceries before hurrying out of the store. Police say a view of the store’s surveillance cameras preceded a short search that ended with Feyzullayev’s arrest at Matryoshka Deli Food.

Feyzullayev was released after posting $5,000 bond.

We can accept human beings who are different from us without accepting or allowing harmful beliefs. Demonizing people based on cultural background just breeds more extremism.

This guy individually is a disgusting piece of shit. Doesn't matter where he's from. I did until about 3 and then I start(Ed) teaching them it was inappropriate for anyone to do that .. toddlers are one thing (when they're) yours and you're teaching them bonding and love.. my grand is delayed in some areas and he still runs up with fish lips up but he's about to turn 2 and I willing get slimed because it's him learning attachment but I would fuck a stranger up.. I was molested by an uncle at a really young age and I think it's really important to watch the actions of others.. if I initiate the kiss it's on the forehead cheeks or head but I don't deny his chicken peck to me..
